Susie Gruber is the Co-Founder of G&G Medical Practice Solutions, LLC, where she leads
strategic growth, business development, innovation, and long-term planning. With more
than two decades of healthcare leadership experience, Susie has dedicated her career
to helping physician practices improve operational performance, strengthen financial
stability, and navigate the increasingly complex business of healthcare.
Her career has spanned nearly every level of medical practice administration — from
billing specialist and office manager to practice manager, senior revenue cycle leader,
and business owner. That hands-on experience has provided her with a practical
understanding of the operational, financial, and regulatory challenges practices face
every day.
Early in her career, Susie was among the first 200 professionals in the United States
to earn the Certified Professional Coder designation. While her career has long since
expanded beyond coding, that foundation continues to influence her approach to
compliance, reimbursement strategy, payer policy, and operational excellence.
As founder of JLG Medical Billing LLC, Susie built a reputation for delivering far
more than traditional billing services. She has partnered with physicians and
healthcare organizations to improve workflows, optimize reimbursement, strengthen
payer relationships, enhance compliance, and develop sustainable business strategies
that support long-term practice growth.
Susie is also the founder of The Hiraeth Group LLC, her parent software and technology
company created with a long-term vision for medical practice operations tools. Its
flagship platform, ProSuite, is currently in testing and is being shaped around
credentialing, licensing, recredentialing, provider management, reporting, compliance
oversight, and the administrative workflows practices need to manage with confidence.
Throughout her career, Susie has lived by a simple philosophy: give 110% and always
go the extra mile. She believes exceptional service is earned by anticipating
challenges, solving problems proactively, and consistently exceeding client
expectations.
Jen Girouard brings more than a decade of healthcare leadership and operational
expertise to G&G Medical Practice Solutions. She helps healthcare organizations improve
efficiency, strengthen compliance, and optimize every stage of the revenue cycle with
practical, responsive support.
Prior to co-founding G&G Medical Practice Solutions, LLC, Jen founded Mountain Medical
Billing LLC, where she built a reputation for helping physician practices improve
operational efficiency, strengthen payer compliance, and resolve complex billing and
administrative challenges with accuracy and precision.
Her experience spans the full revenue cycle, including medical billing, practice
management, credentialing, provider enrollment, prior authorizations, referral
coordination, accounts receivable management, and bookkeeping. She has supported
providers across pain management, chiropractic, acupuncture, physical therapy,
orthopedics, primary care, and other specialties.
Jen is recognized for her exceptional work ethic, analytical thinking, and ability to
solve difficult reimbursement challenges. Her expertise in payer policy interpretation,
denials management, and workflow optimization helps practices improve financial
performance while reducing administrative burden.
Before entering healthcare administration, Jen developed a strong foundation in
bookkeeping and accounting, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how clinical
care, administrative workflows, and financial operations intersect. Her experience
spans both independent physician offices and large multi-facility healthcare
organizations, allowing her to adapt quickly to different operational environments and
payer expectations.
As a licensed Emergency Medical Technician, Jen also brings valuable clinical insight
to her administrative and revenue cycle work. Her understanding of patient care,
provider documentation, and healthcare operations strengthens her ability to support
providers and bridge the gap between clinical operations and revenue cycle management.
